About Lauren

Leadership found me young, and I learned early the weight and pressure that come with it. I've led across marketplace and ministry, and I've sat in conversations with leaders from churches, corporate world, and nonprofits. One theme surfaces again and again: many are broken, wounded, and quietly bleeding out.

And then I lived it. Crisis arrived at my own door — and it didn't leave quickly. My children became very sick, and what followed were years of prolonged hardship that changed the way I think, the way I process, and the way I saw myself and God.

When God began to deliver us, I finally felt safe — and that's when I fell apart. But the unraveling wasn't the end. It was an invitation to formation. Through intimacy with Jesus, and through learning to tend my inner world with the help I needed, I came to know both the grace God gives to heal and the work required to receive it.

That journey illuminated my purpose: to bring restoration and repair to leaders carrying what their souls were never meant to carry alone. The Lord has delivered and restored me from much, and I have experienced the profound joy of renewal. I want that for you.

There is a road to restoration — I know that road well. And I would be honored to walk it with you.
